Step 2: create a folder, unzip your downloaded rom into the folder, unzip sp flashtool in same folder and install your mtk device drivers. after install, connect your phone to your pc via usb and it should come up as mtk usb vcomm port device. if your pc does not recognize the device, unplug it, hold your vol+ button and reconnect it.. Download the stock rom of the device you want to unbrick or flash. get stock roms from here. extract sp flash tool and launch. now click scatter-loading button so that flash process can begin. locate the scatter file of the device. it will be inside the folder of the rom you downloaded..
